Fast shipping is available at check-out. Fast shipping time varies between 5 to 7 days, depending on your location. Fast shipping fees are around 10% of the amount of your purchase. Except for our Deluxe Shoes and Deluxe Knotting collection, which is Free.

Whatever the shipping method you have selected at check-out, you can follow-up your delivery with the tracking number we provide.

Our policy lasts 5 calendar days. If 5 days have gone by since the delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be defective or damaged and in its original packaging. Pictures are required to start the process. Please check the size guide before ordering shoesbelt or any item requiring a size selection.

In case your item is eligible for a return, shipping costs for returning your item is at your own cost. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Gift Card and discounted price products are non-returnable/refundable items. These are final sales.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
